Hardened skateboard features

The service life of the quenched skateboards produced in the Chinese market is relatively low at present. The main reason is that the heat treatment process is relatively backward, resulting in a soft band on the surface and uneven hardness. Once the surface has a soft band, it directly affects the service life. At present, our company has independently developed new heat treatment equipment and new technology, which has solved the problem of soft bands and uneven hardness on the surface. And the cost performance is low, the main material of the quenched skateboard is 45# steel, 42Crmo steel, 3Cr13 steel, using a new processing technology (national invention patent), the produced skateboard has the following characteristics, uniform working surface hardness, deep hardened layer depth, high hardness, The mounting surface has a uniform soft state, small thermal deformation, no secondary correction, and a special hardened plate with a large S/h ratio can be produced

 

Compound skateboard features

Plasma surfacing process is used to surfacing high-alloy powder on a common low-carbon steel substrate with good welding performance to form a metallurgical high-alloy surfacing layer. The composite skateboard prepared by this process has the characteristics of two different materials. The substrate is made of low carbon steel with good plastic toughness, which can withstand huge impact and protect the surface with which it cooperates; the functional layer is a hardened wear-resistant layer, which is resistant to wear and corrosion. The double-layer metal is metallurgical, which is not easy to fall off.

1. High hardness The hardness of the spray welding layer of the composite skateboard can reach 58-64HRC;

2. High bonding strength The base layer and spray welding layer of the composite sliding plate are metallurgical combination, which is not easy to fall off;

3. Good impact resistance The base material of the composite skateboard is low carbon steel with good toughness;

4. Good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, spray welding layer has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the thickness is not less than 2mm;

5. The surface roughness of the spray-welding layer of the composite skateboard does not exceed Ra1.6μm;

Under the auspices and guidance of industry institutes, we cooperated with relevant scientific research units to develop and replace imported skateboard accessories, and tried it at Baosteel's hot-rolling plant. After several years of exploration, improvement and improvement, we have reached the heat in 2006. The requirements for the use of rolling equipment have gradually begun to replace imported accessories at Baosteel, saving a lot of costs for the enterprise.

On this basis, we have developed copper composite skateboards, stainless tool steel composite skateboards, and gradually adopted by several domestic steel companies.
