At present, our company has independently developed new heat treatment equipment and new technology, which has solved the problem of soft bands and uneven hardness on the surface. And the cost performance is low, the main material of the quenched skateboard is 45# steel, 42Crmo steel, 3Cr13 steel, using a new processing technology (national invention patent), the produced skateboard has the following characteristics, uniform working surface hardness, deep hardened layer depth, high hardness, The mounting surface has a uniform soft state, small thermal deformation, no secondary correction, and a special hardened plate with a large S/h ratio can be produced
Compound skateboard features
Plasma surfacing process is used to surfacing high-alloy powder on a common low-carbon steel substrate with good welding performance to form a metallurgical high-alloy surfacing layer. The composite skateboard prepared by this process has the characteristics of two different materials. The substrate is made of low carbon steel with good plastic toughness, which can withstand huge impact and protect the surface with which it cooperates; the functional layer is a hardened wear-resistant layer, which is resistant to wear and corrosion. The double-layer metal is metallurgical, which is not easy to fall off.

After several years of exploration, improvement and improvement, we have reached the heat in 2006. The requirements for the use of rolling equipment have gradually begun to replace imported accessories at Baosteel, saving a lot of costs for the enterprise.
On this basis, we have developed copper composite skateboards, stainless tool steel composite skateboards, and gradually adopted by several domestic steel companies. They are widely used in hot rolling and cold rolling equipment of steel companies, and also in mining equipment, Electromechanical equipment and other industries are also widely used to solve the problem of localization of the equipment's large flat friction pair wear parts and wear-resistant skateboards with special surfaces. It is one of the main suppliers of the flat wear-resistant sliding plate of the rolling bearing housing, the wear-resistant sliding plate of the rolling mill arch window, the wear-resistant sliding plate of other parts of the rolling mill, and the copper composite skateboard.
